KAOLIN
Recently HM has started discussions with two Japanese customers for the export of kaolin.
Currently in the sampling stage, the initial results look promising.
The potential is very much there as kaolin is found in 3 out of the 5 provinces of Pakistan.
This map shows the principal areas where kaolin mining takes place – mainly in Punjab, Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces.
Again, with the infrastructure and network in place, HM hopes to start this business over the course of the next year or so.
