ROCK PHOSPHATE
In the past couple of years (from 2023), Pakistan has started exporting large quantities of rock phosphate mainly to 3 countries – China, Malaysia and Indonesia.
HM has only recently (mid/late 2025) started export of rock phosphate, but only to China so far.
Whilst it is still in the trial stages, the potential is vast, both in terms of supply and demand internationally.
HM is poised to take advantage of this situation by developing long term relationships with the miners, preparing a warehouse in Karachi for the purpose of storing and cleaning/sorting the material for export, and developing relations with customers in China.
Again, rock phosphate is found in abundance in Pakistan. The qualities vary from low grade to the very high grade.
